What is ear mapping ?

Your ear is mapped with jewellery, to design your dream ear. This can include current piercings, combined with new piercings and to create a newly designed ear. Ear mapping can be selected in the shop, provided virtually or face to face. For more information please complete the contact form.

What is the jewellery made of?

All jewellery is made from implant grade titanium or solid 14ct or 18ct gold.

Anodizing, what is it and how does it work?

Any titanium pieces can be changed to variety of colours. This is safely done using electricity and anodizing the titanium. Please be aware anodizing is not permanant and will fade over time.

How does the jewellery work?

All jewellery is either internally threaded or push fit. This means it either screws or clicks into a post.

Is there a warranty?

All purchases come with a warranty including a warranty number. The warranty covers breakages or damage to the piece. This does not cover losses.

What happens if the jewellery is damaged?

How long will it take to be delivered?

All items will be posted within 3-5 business days. Via 24 hour tracked delivery.

Any custom orders placed will have a different dispatch time depending on which company they have ordered from.

A rough estimate will be given when the order in placed and update given as soon as the piece is on the way.

Is there a deposit?

A 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering and then remainder paid once the item is received in the studio ready to dispatch.
